I faced the same issue. This happens because you have not downloaded the latest file of Pi from Zerodha website. You have installed an old Pi setup file which is shared by someone on google for help. Pi is free of cost. Like explained in the post above, login to Q.zerodha.com (login/pwd you would have received in the welcome email) and you will find link to Pi and within that activation code for Pi.
